The action takes place in the palace of China Emperor. The emperor receives letters from all over the world, where the beuty of China is sung, the gardens and the palace of the emperor is glorified, everybody bows for the land of China and sends the regards. And everyone claims, that the most perfect thing in the emperor‘s garden is the Nightingale. Unfortunately, neither the emperor nor the others have never seen or heard the Nightingale. The emperor announces, that someone, who will find the nightingale and bring it to the palace, will be gifted. The minister and all the estate search for the nightingale, and when they find it, they feel very surprised that the nightingale is not so beautiful and melodious as well. But the emperor likes the nightingale very much and it becomes the adornment of the palace. However, the emperor of Japanese sends more beautiful and more melodious artificial nightingale. The real nightingale is sent away from the palace. The emperor doesn‘t know, that the real nightingale will be the only one who can save his life...

The tale teaches how to evaluate not the artificial, but the real things, also helps to understand, that the outer splendor doesn‘t always reveal the inner beauty.
